Merryday offers shipping to Sri Lankan postal addresses.

We also ship Internationally. To find out if we can post to your location please email us at [email protected]. We can calculate postage costs once we know your complete order.

SHIPPING CHARGES

We offer a flat-rate fee of:

• Express postage is an additional $10.00

FREE shipping on orders over $100. Offer applies only to domestic orders within Sri Lanka. For more information, please see our delivery policy.

We also offer free pickup from our store. Place an order online and collect your purchase in-store. Pick-Up orders have the option for payment on Pick-Up (Cash, Credit, Eftpos, Gift Card).

All orders are shipped using Sri Lanka Post or Transdirect. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for large and commercial orders. Express delivery will incur additional charges. If you wish to make a large or commercial order please contact our customer service team for a quote.

SHIPPING METHOD

We can deliver to residential addresses, business addresses, and PO boxes. When shipping to a business address please ensure that you specify the business name together with a contact name at the destination. All orders must be signed for on delivery unless you have specified that you are happy for your parcel to be left at the door. If no one is available at the address when delivery takes place a postal card will be left and the parcel can be collected from the nearest post office at a later time.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAME

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) of the order being placed. Orders usually take 5-7 working days for delivery, however, orders to remote areas may take longer.
